Viraj O. Shroff-Mehta, MD
Inspired by both her own early allergy challenges and her physician mother, Dr. Shroff-Mehta, a founding partner of SSDP, knew she wanted to be a dermatologist by the time she was in middle school. She began to work towards that dream as an undergrad and in medical school at Brown University. Dr. Shroff-Mehta completed her internship year at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City and her dermatology residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year. Since completing her training, she has spent 20 years in dermatology practice in southeastern Massachusetts. Dr. Shroff-Mehta has seen many of her patients for over a decade and now has the privilege of caring for entire families.
Outside of the office, she enjoys exercising, volunteering as a tutor for School on Wheels, exploring the world with her family, reading, and wine tasting.
